WHAT IS THE MENU FOR EACH EVENT?
Harvest dinners feature a four to five course meal (or the equivalent in Tapas or “family” style) with wines / beer / cider paired for each course. Our annual brunch at EcoVillage is buffet style (alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase). Most of the produce will come from the host farm with some fruit, meat, cheeses and breads coming from other nearby Finger Lakes growers and purveyors. Whatever the menu, it’s sure to be fresh and delicious!
DO YOU HAVE A VEGETARIAN OPTION?
Yes, unless otherwise specified in the menu, a vegetarian option is available. Please specify how many people in your reservation would like the vegetarian option at the time of purchasing your ticket.
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Please include any dietary requirements when you make your ticket purchase. We do not guarantee that all special requests can be accommodated but the chefs will do their best to take care of you.
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
Casual dress is fine, and comfortable shoes are recommended for walking through the fields to get to the dinner tables.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
Parking will be available at each event. Volunteers will help guide you. We highly encourage carpooling so that we have little impact on environment and the neighbors.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?
If you purchased online, you will automatically receive a receipt by email confirming payment to Local Foods Network for your tickets. Within a few days of purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with your reservation information. Information will include the number of seats purchased, and logistical information for the event you are attending.
WHAT IF I WANT TO PAY BY CHECK OR CASH?

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AS A GIFT?
Yes, Harvest Dinners and our other farm-to-fork events make wonderful gifts! If you would like a special note or card sent to the recipient, please let us know and we can work with you to make your gift special.
CAN I PURCHASE SEATS FOR MORE THAN ONE EVENT?
Yes, we would love for you to attend all of the dinners, brunches and events offered by Healthy Food For All.
WHAT IS THE MONEY FROM MY TICKET PURCHASE GOING TO SUPPORT?
All proceeds will be donated to the Healthy Food for All program, a non-profit partnership of local farms and Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County that makes fresh produce accessible to families with limited income through subsidized CSA shares and educational resources. IS MY PAYMENT TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?
Your payment is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please request a receipt for your payment when you make your reservation or when you check in at the event and we will provide one.
CAN I BRING CHILDREN?
Absolutely, however please include them in your reservation if you would like a seat and/or meal reserved for them.
CAN I BRING PETS?
Sorry, please leave our furry friends at home.
WHAT IF THE EVENT I WANT TO ATTEND IS SOLD OUT?
Contact Aleta at firstname.lastname@example.org or 607-319-6417 to get on the waiting list and you will be notified if a seat becomes available.
WHAT IF IT IS RAINING/SNOWING?
Each event will take place regardless of the weather, unless a “rain/snow date” is specified. We will have contingency plans and covered spaces in the case of inclement weather. If the event is switched to its alternative rain/snow date an announcement will be posted to the event’s page on this website and you will be contacted by email as soon as possible.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Reservations can be given to someone else if you cannot attend, but please do let us know in advance if possible, so we can change the name of the party for the reservation. If there is a waiting list for the event that you cannot attend, we may be able to sell your ticket, in which case you will be refunded in part or full depending on the fees we are charged.
