Braised Locally-Raised Rabbit and Hand-Made Sweet Italian Sausage
with local honey-carrots-onions-garlic and tomato served over an herbed polenta and topped with gremolata

Arugula Greens Salad
toasted chevre crostini-honeyed walnuts-roasted chiogga beets-citrus vinaigrette
